Quebec Championship Powerlifting Competition

Sherbrooke, November 14, 2004

Ross and Cheryl of the Bronx Gym both competed in this competition and Cheryl came out with 2 Canadian Records! We are very proud of their hard work and accomplishments. Unfortunately Sean and I didn't make it to the competition so we don't have very many pictures. 

Ross aggravated an injury during his squat so he could not really compete for the rest of the meet, but he cheered Cheryl on.

Cheryl went in the competition in the ladies 123-132 weight class and 40-49 age class.

SQUAT - 250 - Canadian Record!

BENCH - 125 - Candian Record!

DEADLIFT - 260 - Impressive but no record
